By all accounts,

Sapp is one of the standards against which under tackles are judged. He was the
centerpiece of a Super Bowl-winning defense in Tampa Bay and was voted into the
Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility. Sapp's tape could turn Collins into
an even more fearsome pass-rusher than he is now,

Booger McFarland.
but McFarland was no less important. Collins thrived as a pass-rusher last
year,McFarland was the nose tackle eating up blockers next to Sapp so that he could

run to become a true three-down player.
Sapp was a Defensive Player of the Year for Rod Marinelli, Collins could certainly
pick up a few tricks from the Tampa Bay legend add pad his sack total a bit. If
things break right, and while that might be a bit ambitious, he might even approach
double digits.
